Zinc-aluminum high corrosion-resistant coating system

◇Basecoat (YC-B)
• Metal flakes of zinc-aluminum and a special chrome-free binder is used to create a coating

that has excellent corrosion resistance even though it does not contain any heavy metals

  such as chrome.
• Exhibits over scratched areas superior corrosion resistance with insoluble substances

  produced under a corrosive environment.
• Excellent fluid property makes it ideal for complexly-shaped objects such as springs or

bolts, reducing the number of rejects during processing.

◇Topcoat (YC-T, YC-TK)
• Higher corrosion resistance can be obtained by applying on top of the basecoat.
• Water soluble and chrome-free.
• It is possible to tune the coefficient of friction by mixing lubricating additives to the topcoat.
• Compatibility for a black furnish and flexibility in coefficient of friction adjustment.
